In this session we will discuss how to evaluate the organization’s board and staff structure to effectively meet goals, and best practices related to board recruitment, engagement, assessment, and recognition. You will learn to recognize what motivates board members to fulfill and excel in their roles, and become aware of methods and tools for board strategic assessment.
