This session will focus on ensuring the attendees have a basic understanding of endowments including legal and internal policy considerations, accounting for endowments and the overall impact of UPMIFA and NYPMIFA. We will also discuss board designated endowments and how these affect the new liquidity measure in not-for-profit financial statements.
